v Steps
1. First
you cook a water of pot until it boils
2. After
boiling put 1 spoon of tapioca and mix it
3. Add
garlic ¾ , 1 tea spoon of chicken powder, and add 1 spoon of salt and pepper
then mix it
4. Mix
it until become clod and add tapioca, leek which has beed chopped, then stir it
again
5. Move
the dough to the big bowl, it can make you easy to make it a small ball and
press it
6. The
last you can fry it on the frying pan.

to make the rujak sauce

1. 6
chillies
2. 3
cloves of garlic
3. 1
piece of red sugar of indonesia
4. 1/3
of tea spoon of salt
5. A
slice of asem jawa
v Steps
1. First
Prepare a blender
2. Add
6 chillies, 3 cloves of garlic, piece of red sugar of indonesia, 1/3 of tea spoon
of salt
A slice of asem jawa to the blender
3. Add
a cup of water
4. Blend
it until the ingredient mixed
5. Finish,
serve it on the small bowl
